Burning
KICKs can be merged (burned) to create a higher level of NFT, increasing attributes and rewards. In the scenario of a Walker and Jogger, or Jogger and Runner type NFT being merged, users can select the minted type of either of the burned NFTs. This offers a fluid system which would minimise any chance of the available NFTs being all waited towards one of the three activity modes. Allowing users to choose how to enjoy the game their way.

NFT Attributes
We are splitting the collection into five different qualities. When the minting is completed, the value of each attribute is randomised with the numbers below. This will then alter the in-game benefit gained while wearing your KICKs.
Quality Min-Max Attributes
Common 1-10 points
Uncommon 8-18 points
Rare 15-35 points
Epic 28-63 points
Legendary 50-112 points
Efficiency (STEPx Earning)
Efficiency affects RUNx earnings in all game modes. Having a higher efficiency attribute will result in better STEPx earnings per energy point spent. In Crew Battles, higher efficiency leads to a faster accumulation of activity points towards your Crew’s total score.
Blessing (Increase chance of bonuses).
Blessing determines the frequency and quality of a KICKs bonus box drop in solo mode(these can contain STEPx or NFTs). Users are also able to receive bonus box drops from others' activity while their KICKs are rented out, once our rental system has been deployed.
Luxury (STEPx Earning)
Luxury increases the STEPx returned per minute in Solo mode. It also increases the payout weight of any staked RUNx.
Toughness (Durability/Repair)
Toughness will slow down the decay of your NFTs earning potential. Completing activities wear the KICKs down, starting from 100%.Once this hit 0% durability, FITx is no longer earned until the KICK is repaired using STEPx. Toughness will slow down the need for your KICKs to be repaired.
Gemstones
Users are able to unlock Gemstone Sockets once their KICKs reach a certain level. These allow you to enhance your KICKs attributes by inserting the corresponding Gems into the unlocked Sockets (i.e. only Efficiency Gemstone can be placed into Efficiency Sockets). There are four types of Gems, with each Gemstone representing an Attribute:
Yellow Efficiency
Blue Blessing
Red Luxury
Purple Toughness
Gemstone can be added through the upgrade section once the app is launched, users can upgrade their Gems by burning STEPx (Price TBD) and combining 3 Gems of the same level and type to a higher level (i.e three Level-1 Efficiency Gems to one Level-2 Efficiency Gem).
Note: Low level Gems Upgrade has a chance to fail.
NFT Customisation
We will allow users to purchase cosmetic upgrades to these KICKs using our in-app store where fiat or crypto can be used. These customisations will allow personalisation and the ability to create completely unique variations. These upgrades do not increase the earning potential of your KICKs.
These can either be kept on the KICKs to increase their value on the secondary market or removed by using RUNx. If the customisation is removed it can then be applied to the desired KICK for a small transfer fee
You can alter:
Lace style and colour
Souls style and colour
Accessories (tags and stickers)
